seller being paid in full for the equipment or by the seller accepting such
terms as may be agreed on mutually by the buyer and the seller. It is at
this point in the sales transaction that we are due our agreed upon sales
commission, payable by the seller of the equipment.
We will also work with your company by taking the
dealer/wholesale price which you give us for a piece of equipment and adding
a markup on this figure for our sales commission.

results to be obtained from it's use either alone or in combination with other
machinery or warranty of any kind, express or implied, arising by conduct,
operation of law or otherwise unless expressly stated above.
There are no warranties that extend beyond the description above.
We shall not be liable for and buyer assumes responsibility for all and
will indemnify and hold harmless seller from all personal injuries and property
damages resulting from the handling, possession or use of the goods.
We assume no responsibility for damage from any cause whatsoever while
shipment is in transit. Buyer
assumes responsibility for complying with any applicable OSHA or other governing
agency regulations before
operation of the equipment.
